What does an apprenticeship with Malvern Outdoor Elements look like?

Welcome to our new apprentices at Outdoor Elements: Liam, Ethan, Meg and Elle.  This post is for an apprentice multi-activity instructor. The centre delivers a huge range of activities, for example, mountain biking, climbing wall, tree climbing, assault course, archery, problem-solving, grass sledging and orienteering. This post will also require the candidates to work in an assistant capacity across the site to obtain an all-round knowledge of centre based work.  All staff are expected to take their share of cleaning and maintenance work and so it is equally important that training is given in all areas as part of the position.

Day to Day Duties

  • Assisting with activities
  • Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Liaising with customers and other members of staff
