Who we are

“I am proud to head up Malvern Outdoor Elements – Worcestershire’s number one outdoor activity centre.  Furthermore, MOE is the largest not-for-profit organisation providing fantastic outdoor experiences for people of all ages and abilities in the West Midlands region. Visitors can find our centre based at the foot of the Malvern Hills, in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Heart of England.  With 9 acres of stunning woodland, we are able to offer adventure activities and challenges on site as well as throughout the surrounding spectacular countryside.

Our highly qualified specialist instructors work closely with groups to develop bespoke courses for stays, lasting from one day to one week or more in duration.

We promise every visitor that whatever your ability you will have a great time.  We also promise that you will have the chance to appreciate and learn from the natural environment.  It is equally important that our visitors take away great memories and lessons for life.

Our Focus

The inspiration for all Malvern Outdoors staff is the great outdoors and our aim is to inspire others.  We have a number of adrenalin-filled activities on offer for you to choose from.  Sign up for the ever popular high ropes course and the thrilling zip wires.  Take the plunge and try out abseiling and also have a go at wall climbing.  Venture out into the woodland for a spot of orienteering. Lead your group out onto the famous Malvern Hills for some mountain walking and navigation practice.  Why not try grass sledging and bring out the survivalist in you with some new bushcraft skills.  For the more adventurous, we can also take you kayaking and teach you watercraft.  The keynote and focus for all activities is on team working, leadership, building independence, self-confidence and facilitating exploration. Malvern Outdoors is the place for your next residential trip, or teambuilding experience.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we use all profits to develop the site and therefore enhance the experience for our visitors. We are immensely proud of every one of our visitors who experiences the thrill of our high ropes courses, regardless of their ability.  In light of this, we have a special focus on young people with Special Educational Needs. Working closely with schools, businesses and groups, all of our instructors work to  be sure that our courses are tailored to suit every individual’s needs.”
